Welcome to Roam Addicteds!<\/h2>\n

Our products are Travel Guides in PDF format<\/b>, which are delivered digitally by email after purchase confirmation. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to content after purchase, our policy is as follows:<\/p>\n

    We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for our digital Travel Guides (PDFs) after purchase confirmation and delivery email has been sent.<\/b>, as the Customer acquires immediate access to the complete content and there is no way to \u201creturn\u201d the digital Product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    By completing the purchase, the Customer accepts this non-refundable policy, except in the limited circumstances described below.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Exceptions (Refund Considered)<\/h4>\n

    We will only consider a refund if one of the following proven scenarios occurs:<\/p>\n

      Accidental Double Billing:<\/b> If the same guide was purchased and charged more than once in the same transaction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Failure to Deliver:<\/b> If payment has been confirmed, but the Customer did not receive the guide by email<\/b> (including the folder spam<\/i>) after 24 hours of purchase, and Roam Addicteds' reshipment also failed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Faulty File:<\/b> If the PDF file is proven to be corrupted and Roam Addicteds is unable to provide a functional copy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      How to Request an Exception<\/h4>\n

      To request a review of one of these exceptions, please send an email to geral.roamaddicteds@gmail.com<\/b> within a maximum period of 7 days after purchase<\/b>Please include proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of your request.<\/p>\n
