Our products are Travel Guides in PDF format, which are delivered digitally by email after purchase confirmation. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to content after purchase, our policy is as follows:
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for our digital Travel Guides (PDFs) after purchase confirmation and delivery email has been sent., as the Customer acquires immediate access to the complete content and there is no way to “return” the digital Product.
By completing the purchase, the Customer accepts this non-refundable policy, except in the limited circumstances described below.
We will only consider a refund if one of the following proven scenarios occurs:
Accidental Double Billing: If the same guide was purchased and charged more than once in the same transaction.
Failure to Deliver: If payment has been confirmed, but the Customer did not receive the guide by email (including the folder spam) after 24 hours of purchase, and Roam Addicteds' reshipment also failed.
Faulty File: If the PDF file is proven to be corrupted and Roam Addicteds is unable to provide a functional copy.
To request a review of one of these exceptions, please send an email to geral.roamaddicteds@gmail.com within a maximum period of 7 days after purchasePlease include proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of your request.
If your request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
